This is my journal where I am going to post about my exercise/diet journey. Most of the postings will not have comments enabled. But I doubt that many people will comment on it anyway. I will be also posting about my diet recipes and beauty tips how too's, etc. Also related photo's. When I do join the gym again, some of the entrys will become friend's only posts. Things could be more interesting then. So you will have to add me and depending I might add you back. hmmmm....If your alreadly on my friends list on my other journal, I will automatically add you, of course. Then there are those who will read it anyway, whether I add them or not.***WAVES to those individuals!** You guys always crack me up! ;-D! My two favorite people...You know who you are......

The Diet Control Diet: (everday)

My friend Lisa calls this "The Model Diet" LOL

2 ounces of meat/chicken lunch
4 ounces of meat/chicen dinner
3 slices of bread
2 slices of cheese
2 servings of fruit (dish of cinimon or reg. applesauce can be considered a fruit)
1 serving of vegtables (Note: one can of tomatoe soup is equivilant to a vegtable)
3 fats (1 tablespoon of each)
1 sugar a day ( exp; about 6 M'M's or Jelly beans)
2 glasses of milk (2% or lower preferably)

(There are substitutions for your bread, milk selections to make things interesting)

1 adult vitiman a day (required!) (Or two flinstones or something similar)
1 bag of M&M's or 1 Hershey bar: once a week (on Friday)
1 glass of acohol: Equivilant to 8 ounces. (Once on weekend) Mixed drinks/beer or wine(does not matter)
1 bag of lightly buttered popcorn 3 times a week.

Anytimes:

Steak Sauce
soy sauce
tuna fish, shrimp or fish (not fried, only baked or broiled or raw)
water (plenty of it)
Diet Soda
red viniger
lemons/lemon juice
spices (all)
lettuce
onions
garlic
corn

Dinner must be eaten by 6pm. All left over food or snacks must be consumed by 10pm. Please space out meals and snacks reasonably. only liquids after 10pm at night.

Warning: Know your ideal weight and please maintain it when reached! It is very important, believe me. Do not drop below it! Eat all your fruits and vegtables and what ever else is required.
